In this talk the speaker will present different elements of the wealth of a nation and provide a bridge to the global as well as to the current Swiss perspectives. The role of technology, natural resources as well as infrastructure will be discussed. A digital platform called Enerpol for use in the analysis of government policy to assess societal impact will be briefly presented. The talk will then focus on a personal perspective of a range of potential initiatives which can be followed up by the federal council in order to expand the wealth of the nation. It will then end in an expanded questions and answer session with the audience.
