Researchers, staff, and students from ETH Zurich engage in a variety of efforts to address the challenges posed to people and society in Ukraine through the wartime destruction. The exhibition ‘ETH with Ukraine’ showcases their engagement and collaborative efforts with individuals and institutions beyond ETH.

Multimedia presentations comprising texts, drawings, models, videos, and interactive installations will show projects focusing on emergency housing, provision of spatial information, as well as renovations and reconstruction. The exhibition shows the variety of bottom-up initiatives, their interaction with people in and from Ukraine, and their achievements in enabling new building and living cultures. It takes into account the urgency and joint responsibility for a just and sustainable recovery.

The ISTP also participated in the project, collaborating with Ukrainian postdoc researcher Iryna Doronina in 2022 and 2023 on various projects e.g. concerning renewable energy.
